P.I.P.E. Line
How do you create actual change in your organization? Where is the roadmap to "managing up" and "managing across" as well as "managing down?" The answer lies in breaking down the levels on which change happens, understanding each level and understanding what can be done at each point. We call it "The Pipeline" Ð and it refers to the four levels of shaping change within an organization. Procedure. Inspiration. Process. Execution. Understanding those four levels and how to effect change within those dimensions is what allows any individual within an organization to grow business proactively and productively.

Motivational talks operate at the level of Procedure -- great results that appeal to CMOs and CEOs who want to reshape corporate culture. But real day-to-day change takes place at the level of Process - the place where individuals and departments within an organization can make a difference.

First comes Inspiration: the recognition that the individual can make a difference even within the procedures of an organization. To effect that change, you've got to understand how people work and the dynamic results they can achieve. Process is the step-by-step methodology for making that change. And Execution is your gameplan for implementing your process.

The P.I.P.E.line can be customized for your specific organization and can be done as a stand-alone workshop or as a 1-hour talk that can serve as an introduction to any other PS Insights workshop.
